The following mitigation strategies have been put in place to ensure the continuation of our services without interruption during this exceptional period.
Resources. As most of our teams are now working from home, they have been provided with necessary equipment, connectivity, software, and collaboration tools to do so.
Infrastructure. Oxagile ensures that we apply corporate security standards and policies to secure and prepare Oxagile IT infrastructure to accommodate remote working and operate without any service disruptions.
Communication. To ensure transparent communication, all project teams are following the established best practices for remote collaboration. These include all-day availability of team members, team meetings held via Skype/Slack/Zoom or any other means agreed with the client, and advanced task monitoring. Any delays or blockers are communicated immediately.
